注射用黄芪多糖联合三维适形放疗治疗老年非小细胞肺癌疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨注射用黄芪多糖联合三维适形放射治疗对老年非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法将老年非小细胞肺癌患者44例随机分为两组,对照组给予三维适形放疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予注射用黄芪多糖,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率90.91%,与对照组总有效率81.82%比较无显著差异;观察组患者外周血白细胞、T淋巴细胞等优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论采用注射用黄芪多糖联合三维适形放射治疗对老年非小细胞肺癌具有较好的临床效果。Objective To explore the effects of Astragalus polysaccharide injection combined with three - di- mensional eonformal radiation therapy （3D - CRT） on elderly non - small cell lung cancer. Methods 44 cases of elderly non- small cell lung cancer were randomized into the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated by 3D - CRT. The observation group was injected with Astragalus polysaccharides on the basis of the treatment in the control group. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rates in the observation group and the control group were 90.91% and 81.82% respectively, having no sig- nificant difference between the two groups. The peripheral blood leukocytes and T lymphocytes in the observation group were better than those in the control group （p 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The Astragalus polysaccharide injection combined with 3D - CRT in treatment of elderly non - small cell lung cancer has a better clinical curative effect.
