依据JCI标准改进学术医疗中心医学科研伦理管理

摘　　要：学术医疗中心承担了大量的生物医学研究任务,做好医学科研项目的伦理管理工作是项目顺利开展的前提,也是医院科研质量的保证。笔者针对学术医疗中心在医学科研伦理管理方面存在的问题,提出借鉴JCI标准进行改进,通过分析对照JCI在人体试验项目上的标准,分享了浙大一院的改进措施,希望能对学术医疗中心的医学科研伦理管理提供一些新思路。Academic medical center undertakes a lot of biological and medical research tasks. Excellent medical research ethical management is the premise of the smooth development of projects and the insurance of the re- search quality. Aiming at the existing problems of medical research ethical management of academic medical center, JCI standards were referenced to improve the management. JCI standers on human subject research programs were an- alyzed and compared, and the improvement measures of the first affiliated hospital of Zhejiang University were shared to provide some references for the medical research ethical management of academic medical center.
