摘　　要：高分一号卫星是我国首颗设计、考核寿命要求大于5年的低轨遥感卫星,在同一颗卫星上实现了高分辨率和宽幅成像能力的结合,将在国民经济社会各行业发挥重要作用。在此基础上介绍了基于国产高分影像的地理信息公共服务平台的设计与实现,提出了地理信息共享服务平台框架的设计理念,并对平台所应用到的高分辩率遥感影像的快速处理方法以及瓦片地图技术进行了研究,给出了详细的解决方案。GaoFen-1 is the first high-resolution and remote sensing satellite of China with check cycle life of more than 5 year. It can achieve the combination of high resolution and wide imaging capabilities on the same satellite, and play a significant role in the development of national economy and society. This paper introduces the design and implementation of Geographic Information Public Service Platfoma （GIPSP） based on GaoFen-1. In addition, several key technologies used in the platfoml are discussed, including fast processing techniques of high resolution satellite image and tile map technology.
