摘  要:根据霍德华·加德纳的多元智能理论,提出了儿童英语阅读教学策略,并进行实验教学。实验主要采用定量和定性法。实验对象为浙江绍兴袍江小学和树人小学四到六年级的在校儿童。数据分析表明,儿童的英语阅读前测与后测成绩存在显著性差异;利用儿童的优势智能进行英语阅读教学后,激发了儿童的学习兴趣。In the light of the MI theory proposed by Howard Gardner, the present paper comes up with some strategies for English reading teaching for children. By means of the quantitative and qualitative methods, an experiment was conducted whose subjects were the pupils from Shuren Primary School and Paojiang Primary School in Shaoxing city, Zhejiang province. The data analysis shows that there is a marked difference in the pupils' pre - test and post - test results of English reading, and that the children' s learning interest is apparently aroused after the teachers have adopted the pupils' advantage intelligence in their English reading teaching.
