摘　　要：通过分析1例经手术、病理证实为肝细胞癌合并胆管癌栓的螺旋CT影像资料,探讨其影像学特点,并认为该病多见于乙肝表面抗原阳性的患者,以及胆管内癌栓的强化时相可能取决于肝内原发灶的强化时相,该病易误诊为胆管细胞癌,临床工作中应注意鉴别。Discussing radiographic characteristic of one CT imaging of hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） with tumor thrombus in bile duct, which is proved in surgery and pathologic analyze. This disease sees more at patients with HBsAg （＋）, and the intensive phase of the tumor thrombus in bile duct may be decided by the intensive phase of primary lesion in the liver. Special attention shall be paid to identify the disease since it might be misdiagnosed as cholangiocarcinoma.
