摘　　要：目的评价GP化疗方案联合手术治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效及其对患者免疫功能的影响。方法将接受治疗的86例非小细胞肺癌患者随机分成对照组和观察组各43例,对照组仅进行手术治疗,观察组患者在术前接受GP化疗方案。比较两组患者病灶缓解有效率,术后2、8、24周的KPS评分,患者生存率,患者IgA、IgG、IgM指标及术后5、10d的CD3+与CD4+水平。结果观察组患者病灶缓解有效率为86.05%(37/43例),高于对照组的60.47%(26/43例),组间差异有显著性(P<0.01)。术后2、8、24周,观察组患者KPS评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。术后1、3、5年,观察组患者生存率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。术后5、10d,观察组患者IgA、IgG、IgM指标与对照组比较,差异亦有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。术后5、10d,观察组患者CD3+、CD4+水平与对照组比较,差异无显著性(均P>0.05)。结论 GP化疗方案联合手术治疗非小细胞肺癌能改善患者近期疗效,提高患者的术后生活质量,延长生存期,但是对患者近期机体的免疫功能影响不明显。Objective To evaluate the effect of chemotherapy combined with GP operation therapy for non small cell lung cancer and the intervention of immune function in patients. Methods 86 non-small cell lung cancer patients, treated in our hospital, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 43 cases in each. Control group： patients were treated only operation. Observation group： GP chemotherapy combined with operation therapy. Results Tumor response rate in the observation group （86.05%） was higher than that in the control group （60. 47%）. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 01）. 2, 8, 24 weeks after operation, the KPS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. 1, 3, 5 year after operation, the survival rate of the observation group were higher than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. 5 and 10d, after operation, IgA, IgG, IgM index of observation group were not significantly different from that of the control group （P〉0. 05）. 5 and 10d after operation, CD3^＋ , CD4^＋ levels of observation group were different from that of the control group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion GP chemotherapy combined with operation therapy for non small cell lung cancer can improve short-term curative effect, improve the quality of life of patients after operation and prolong the survival time of patients, but has no effect on the immune function of patients.
