梅州百年老校的生存状态与保护对策探讨——基于世界客都梅州市的系统调查与思考(一)

摘　　要：被誉为"世界客都"和"文化之乡"的梅州,同时也是教育发达地区,有跟中原发达地区相当的教育规模和水平。调查发现,梅州的百年老校数量多达130多所,涵盖大、中、小学。这些百年老校通过培养人才成就了梅州的"院士文化"、"将军文化"、"大学校长、教授文化"等声蜚海内外的客家文化品牌。但是,百年风雨过后,这些百年老校面临历史文化气息不浓、物质文化留存不多、学校文化重建的参考资料不足等问题,必须进行保护性的开发利用,必须实施政策保护、功能保护、科学保护、全员全方位保护的策略。As the＂Capital of Hakkas in the world＂and ＂city of culture＂,Meizhou is the education-developed region Hundred-year-old with considerable scale and level of education. The survey found that the number of Meizhou schools is up to more than 130,covering university,middle and primary schools. These hundred-year-old schools achieved of Meizhou ＂Academy culture＂,＂general culture＂,＂university president,Professor culture＂through personnel training. However,after a century,these schools faced the problems with not strong history and culture,not much material culture,lack of reference materials of the school culture and other issues. so we have the need for development and protection,need to implement policies for the protection,functional protection,science protection,full round protection strategy.
