医学人本论构建论纲——兼论我国当代医学伦理核心价值观与欧美生命伦理“四原则”

摘　　要：医学人本论是医学本质和目的的科学总结,是以人为本理论在医学领域的集中反映。医学人本论应以人的生命、健康这一逻辑起点展开,其基本架构由以人为本、以病人为本、以一线医务人员为本等主要内容及其目的与手段、主与次等价值关系原理组成。医学人本论的确立不仅为解读所有重大医学伦理问题提供最基本的理论依据,从而改变我国当代医学伦理学基本理论严重贫困化的局面,而且为科学利用欧美生命伦理"四原则"等所有医学伦理资源,从而坚守和完善医学人道原则以及建设医学伦理核心价值观提供最有力的理论支撑。Medical People-oriented theory is a scientific summary of the nature and purpose of medicine, and the reflection of the theory of people-oriented theory in medicine. Medical theory of people oriented should be logically extended from the starting point of people＇s life and health with the basic framework consisting of people oriented, patient oriented and front-line medical people oriented principles, as well as values between purpose and means, primary and secondary. Establishing medical theory of people oriented not only provides the basic theoretical foundation by which all major medical ethics issues are interpreted and the impoverishment of basic modern medical ethics theory are changed, but also provides the most powerful theoretical support for using the resources of ＂four principles＂ of bioethics in Europe and America, and for sticking to and improving the principles of the medical humanism and constructing the core values of medical ethics.
