医学中的集体无意识与伦理责任的追问

摘　　要：集体无意识源自于遗传,虽然不为人感知而又客观存在,但它深刻地影响个人和社会的各种行为。集体无意识的普遍性、潜在性和强制性等特征,可以制造出各种不可抗拒的力量影响着医学的伦理规范。当今许多临床医疗行为,如过度医疗、责任模糊、人文缺乏等均具有无意识特性,也是集体无意识在临床医疗中普遍存在的表现。因此,务必认清集体无意识的特征和产生机制,并以积极的刺激去唤醒正向的集体无意识,坚持不伤害、有利、尊重原则,认清医学的本质与仁学精神,推进医疗的人性化发展。The collective unconsciousness is rooted in genetic inheritance, which is not perceived but exists objectively, and deeply affects all the behaviors of individuals and society. It is characterized by universal, potential, compulsory and uncertainty, which may produce a variety of force majeure to medical ethics. Many of current clinical phenomena, such as excessive treatment, fuzzy responsibility and humanism deficiency, are the performance of collective unconsciousness existed in clinical medicine. Therefore, it is necessary to recognize the characteristics and mechanism of collective unconsciousness, and to awaken positive collective unconsciousness with a positive stimulus, adhere to the principles of nonmaleficenee, beneficence, and respect, identify the nature of medicine and cultivate medical humanistic spirits, so as to promote the development of medical humanity.
