摘　　要：危机干预小组(crisis intervention team,CIT)诞生于美国孟菲斯地区,该模式旨在通过建立精神卫生机构与警察之间的有效合作,提高警察与精神病患者的有效互动,增加警察识别、转送精神病患者到精神卫生机构的能力,从而减少不必要的监禁,提高公共安全。目前,很多国家和地区开始应用CIT模式开展危机干预工作,建立了符合当地特色的CIT模式。CIT模式是应用速度最快、在执法部门和精神卫生领域最有前途的合作模式。从CIT工作模型、CIT研究进展以及CIT在中国的应用前景等方面进行介绍,旨在将CIT介绍到国内相关领域,促进我国心理危机干预的发展。Crisis intervention team （CIT） originated in Memphis of America. CIT is the model of collaboration between law enforcement and mental health organizations. CIT equips police officers with;knowledge and skills to enhance their responses to individuals with mental illnesses so that policemen can recognize the individuals with mental health in crisis immediately and can transfer them to mental health organizations. Today, however, CIT is considered to be the most rapidly expanding and promising partnership between law enforcement and mental health professionals. The article introduced the operational models of CIT, the research progress of CIT and the application prospect of CIT in China, aiming to promote the development of psychological crisis intervention in China.
