摘　　要：心理学家呼吁应对各种各样的危机和创伤事件,然而,不同心理危机干预者在危机反应的培训和专业知识方面存在很大差别,并且他们对广泛传播的心理健康危机干预方案的价值有相当多的争议。概述了美国《心理急救现场操作指南》的指导原则和核心行动,从而为心理危机干预者满足经历灾难或恐怖事件的儿童、成人和家庭的直接心理健康需要提供指导。同时揭示了《心理急救现场操作指南》在组织、培训和提供者自我保健等方面给我国灾难心理急救的启示。Professional psychologists are called upon to deal with a broad array of crises and traumatic events. However, training and expertise in crisis response vary widely among practitioners, and there has been considerable controversy about the value of widely disseminating mental health crisis intervention protocols. This article summarized guiding principles and core actions of ＂the psychological first aid field operations guide（PFA）＂, which provides guidance for practitioners in responding to immediate mental health needs of children, adults, and families who have experienced a disaster or terrorist event. At the same time, it also revealed revelation of PFA guide on China＇s psychological first aid in organization, training and providers self-care.
