摘 要:通过对广州市医患双方进行问卷调查,发现医患双方对目前医患关系的现状、医患纠纷产生原因、现实与理想医患关系类型、学习医疗法律的重要性等方面的认知既有相同点又有不同点。根据调查结果及结论,提出了改善医患关系的措施,包括控制医疗费用、完善医疗保障,改善医方服务态度、加强医方的沟通技巧培训,建立专业性的第三方咨询机构,完善医疗法律并加强其宣传和普及等,使医患双方减少因为认知差异造成的医患关系紧张的局面,并为政府部门制定改善医患关系的相关决策提供参考。Through conducting questionnaire surveys on doctors and patients in Guangzhou, this article found similarities and differences on the cognition of doctors and patients to the current situation of doctor-patient relationship, the cause of medical disputes, the realistic and ideal doctor-patient relationship, the importance of learning medical law and so on. Furthermore, it forward some suggestions for improving doctor-patient relationship. Firstly, the medical expenses should be controlled and medical security should be improved. Secondly, the doctors should improve their service attitudes and strengthen their communication skills. Thirdly, the government should establish professional third-party advisory institutions, improve medical law and strengthen the propaganda and popularization. Therefore, the doctors and patients can ease the intense doctor-patient relationship due to the cognitive differences.
