摘　　要：本文以沪深A股上市公司为研究对象,以2009年—2013年为研究时间窗口,考察我国东、中、西三个经济区公司治理对技术创新的影响。结果表明,不同经济区分行业比较的情况下,公司治理对技术创新影响差异显著。在资本密集型行业,股权制衡度对东部经济区技术创新呈显著正影响,且与中、西部经济区技术创新呈正相关。在劳动密集型行业,股权集中度对三个经济区的技术创新均呈抑制作用,且东部地区最为显著;股权制衡度对三个经济区的技术创新均有积极作用,且东部地区最为显著。在技术密集型行业,股权制衡度对西部经济区的技术创新产生积极影响,董事、监事的独立性对中部经济区的技术创新呈显著正影响。This paper, taking A - share listed companies of Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Market as the research object, empirically studied the influence of corporate governance in three economic zones （ eastern, central, western economic zone） in China on technical innovation from the year 2009 to 2013. And the results show that if compared by diving industries in different eco- nomic zones, corporate governance has significant influence on technical innovation ： in capital intensive industries, balanced equity has positive influence on technical innovation in the Eastern economic zone, and is positively correlated with technical innovation in both Central and Western economic zone ; in lahor intensive industries in the three zones, the concentrated equity more or less restrains the degree of the technical innovation, which is most significant in the Eastern zone; while the balanced equity promotes the degree of the technical innovation, which also is most significant in the Eastern zone ; and in technology intensive in- dustries, balanced equity has positive influence on technical innovation in the Western zone, the independence of directors and supervisors has positive influence on technical innovation in the Eastern economic zone.
