摘  要:E-learning环境下的自主学习是现代信息技术应用于教学的学习方式。E-learning环境下的自主学习适应能力影响学生的学习效果和效率。本研究通过问卷调查和访谈手段,了解大学生在E-learning环境下的自主学习适应能力。研究结果表明:学生制定学习计划的能力、学习反思能力较薄弱,部分学生还没有完全适应E-learning环境下的学习,网络学习目标含糊不清,缺乏较强的持久的内在网络学习动机。为此,应培养学生网络学习策略;加强师生和生生之间的情感交流;增强学生长久的学习动机;重视大学生的学习适应和心理健康问题。The autonomous learning in the E-learning environment is the way to apply modern information technology to teaching. College students′adaptive ability of autonomous learning has an impact on students′ learning results and efficiency. College students′adaptive ability of autonomous learning is investigated by means of questionnaire and in-terview. The results indicate that students are weak at the ability to make study plans and reflective ability. Some students haven′t adapted to the learning in the E-learning environment,and they have ambiguous online learning objec-tives and lack strong,lasting and internal network learning motivation. The implications based on the results of the in-vestigation are put forward in terms of fostering students′network learning strategies,strengthening the emotional inter-action between teachers and students as well as among students,enhancing students′lasting learning motivation,and at-taching importance to college students′learning adaptation and psychological health.
