ABET工程教育认证对计算机专业教学的启示

摘　　要：美国ABET工程和技术认证委员会,是被国际社会广泛认可和接受的工程和技术专业的认证机构,认证的专业(项目)达到了3466个,遍布世界28个国家和地区的698所院校和研究所,涉及领域包括应用科学、计算、工程和工程技术,1997年ABET获得了高等教育认证理事会(CHEA)的认可。我国计算机科学与技术专业教育如何与国际接轨,更好地培养满足社会需求的计算机人才,ABET认证理念值得借鉴,即将学生的要求及其培养目标放在重要的位置,用目标来衡量和推进教育工作,改进课堂教学,培养合格人才。ABET is a nonprofit,non-governmental organization that accredits college and university programs in the disciplines of applied science,computing,engineering,and engineering technology. ABET accredits over 3,400 pro-grams at nearly 700 colleges and universities in 28 countries. ABET has been recognized by the Council for Higher Ed-ucation Accreditation（CHEA）since 1997. As one of the largest professional higher education major,the Computer Science and Technology trains qualified personnel to meet the social needs of the computer. Student-centered philoso-phy of ABET is worth learning to improve classroom teaching and train qualified talents.
