摘　　要：目的 观察脂质体阿霉素联合COP化疗方案（环磷酰胺±长春地辛±地塞米松）治疗骨原发性淋巴瘤的有效性和安全性.方法 应用脂质体阿霉素联合COP化疗方案（或同时联合利妥昔单抗）治疗2010年6月至2014年6月北京空军总医院收治的10例骨原发性淋巴瘤患者,男6例,女4例,平均年龄（41±l2）岁（27 ～ 61岁）,观察临床疗效及脂质体阿霉素不良反应.结果 全组10例患者,经过脂质体阿霉素联合COP方案序贯治疗6～8个周期,随访至2015年1月,获得完全缓解5例,部分缓解3例,复发死亡1例,并发症死亡l例,8例有效,最长l例患者已无病生存超过50个月.结论 脂质体阿霉素联合COP化疗方案治疗骨原发性淋巴瘤具有较高的安全性和有效性.Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of liposomal doxorubicin combined with COP chemotherapy regimen in treating primary lymphoma of bones.Methods Ten patients [6 males and 4 females,（41 ± 12） years old （27-61） years old] with primary lymphoma of bone from June 2010 to June 2014 were enrolled and received liposomal doxorubicin combined with COP chemotherapy regimen.The efficacy and safety of liposomal doxorubicin were observed.Results Totally 6 to 8 courses of treatment were given and patients were followed up till January 2015.There were 5 of complete remission and 3 of partial remission; 1 case died of recurrence; 1 case died of complications.Totally 8 cases were effective.The longest disease free survival time was more than 50 months.Conclusion Liposomal doxorubicin combined with COP chemotherapy regimen is safe and effective for treating primary lymphoma of bone.
