子宫内膜癌术后盆腔复发患者介入化疗的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨子宫内膜癌术后盆腔复发患者采用介入化疗的临床效果。方法选取2008年1月至2014年1月收治的86例子宫内膜癌术后盆腔复发患者作为研究对象,所有患者均采用介入化疗,观察治疗效果。结果 86例患者中,临床症状完全缓解12例,明显缓解50例,中度缓解15例,总缓解率为72.1%。根据实体瘤疗效评价标准,全组完全缓解(CR)19例,部分缓解(PR)35例,疾病稳定(SD)30例,疾病进展(PD)12例,近期总有效率为62.8%。不良反应主要为下腹痛、呕吐、臀部疼痛、下肢疼痛以及纳差,经对症处理后症状均得到缓解;未发生严重骨髓抑制、肝肾功能损害等并发症。结论子宫内膜癌术后盆腔复发患者采取介入化疗,能够有效改善患者的临床症状,近期疗效较好,能够提高二次手术切除率。Objective To explore the clinical effect on interventional chemotherapy in the treatment of pelvic recurrence of endometrial cancer. Methods Select the Affiliated Hospital of Jilin Province,Beihua University in 2008 January to 2014 January in the Department of Obstetrics and gynecology hospital treated 86 cases of endometrial carcinoma postoperative pelvic recurrence patients as research object. All patients accepted interventional chemotherapy treatment. After treatment,the curative effect berween the two groups were compared. Results The clinical symptoms of patients： 12 cases achieved complete remission,obviously relieved 50 cases,moderate remission 15 cases,and the total response rate was 72. 1%; the tumor size change： complete response（ CR） 19 cases,partial response（ PR） 35 cases,stable disease（ SD） 30 cases,profressive disease（ PD） 12 cases,and the total efficiency was 62. 8%; the main adverse reactions were lower abdominal pain,vomiting,hip pain,lower limb pain,anorexia,etc. After symptomatic treatment,symptoms were alleviated; No patients developed severe inhibition of bone marrow,liver and kidney dysfunction complications. Conclusions Interventional chemotherapy in the treatment of pelvic recurrence of endometrial cancer can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and achieve good therapeutic effect,and also improve the operation resection rate.
