摘　　要：目前,网络新媒体的发展为高校思想政治教育提出了新的挑战。本文从教育学、新闻学、心理学、伦理学及网络技术的多学科交叉的角度出发,研究当前高校思想政治教育的困境,从功能设计、系统组成及对策研究三方面探讨基于网络环境的高校思想政治教育信息服务平台构建。At present, the development of the new media of network has brought new challenges to the ideological and po- litical education in colleges. From the angle of the interdisciplinary study which includes education, journalism, psychology, ethics and network technology, the paper analyzed the predicament of the current college ideological and political education. And from the three aspects of the function design, system composition and countermeasure research, the paper discussed the informa- tion service platform construction of university ideological and political education based on the network environment.
