摘 要:为了研究超声波活体测量在肉鸭生产性能测定中应用的可行性,试验选取了209只6周龄北京鸭(108只公鸭,101只母鸭),使用超声波实时测量技术测定肉鸭胸肌厚度、皮脂厚度,然后屠宰分割测定其体重、屠体性状、体尺性状。在体重、体尺性状、厚度性状和屠体组成比例相关关系的基础上,以体重、体尺和厚度性状作为自变量,屠体比例为依变量,进行回归分析。结果显示:6周龄北京鸭胸肌厚度、皮脂厚度分别与对应的胸肉率、皮脂率呈极显著的正相关(P<0.01);建立4个最优多元回归方程,经F检验回归关系均达到极显著水平(P<0.01),说明各方程变量间存在真实的回归关系,表明超声波活体测量在肉鸭育种上有重要应用价值。To study the feasibility of real-time ultrasonic (RTU)in vivo used in measuring production performence of ducks, 209 Pekin ducks at 6 weeks of age were selected and breast thickness, skin fat thickness were measured by RTU. After RTU measurement, the ducks were slaughtered, and body weight, body size traits and carcass traits were measured. The correlation coefficient between percentages of body component and thickness traits were calculated. The regression analysis were performed based on the correlation among body weight, body size traits, thickness traits and carcass traits. The results showed that breast thickness,skin fat thickness of Pekin duck at 6 weeks of age had significantly positive relation with percentages of corresponding body component (P〈0.01). 4 optimum multiple regression equations were established,and regression relation had reached the remarkable level by F-test (P〈0.01). The results illustrated that RTU was valuable in duck breeding.
