摘  要:[目的]探讨聚合酶链反应(PCR)在慢性结膜炎病因诊断中的应用意义.[方法]选择慢性感染性结膜炎36例(36眼)、慢性免疫性结膜炎24例(24眼)及正常人22例(22眼),2眼共患结膜炎者取较重的1侧.提取受试者结膜囊分泌物DNA,分成2份,分别加入细菌引物及腺病毒引物进行PCR扩增,观察凝胶电泳结果.对慢性感染性结膜炎患者同时行结膜囊细菌培养,并观察其结果.[结果]慢性感染性结膜炎细菌感染阳性率明显高于病毒感染阳性率(χ2=7.40,P<0.05);PCR检测结果与细菌培养结果比较,慢性感染性结膜炎细菌感染阳性率间差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.20,P>0.05);[结论]PCR检测慢性感染性结膜炎是可供选择的方法,它在鉴别诊断慢性结膜炎的发病原因中具有重要的临床意义.OBJECTIVE To discuss the applied significance of polymerase chain reaction(PCR)in the etiological diagnosis of chronic conjunctivitis.METHODSIt was selected that the 36 eyes in 36 patients with chronic infectious conjunctivitis,24 eyes in 24 patients with chronic immunologic conjunctivitis,22 eyes in 22 normal subjects and 2eyes in 2patients with conjunctivitis.DNA extracted from conjunctival sac secreta of subjects were divided into two parts,and PCR amplifications were performed with adding bacteria primer and adenovirus primer separately to observe the results of gel electrophoresis,and bacterial culture of conjunctival sac was performed in patients with chronic infectious conjunctivitis at the same time.RESULTSThe positive rate of bacteria infection was significantly higher than that of adenovirus infection in chronic infectious conjunctivitis(χ^2=7.40,P0.05),and had no statistical difference between PCR examination and bacteria culture(χ^2=3.20,P0.05).CONCLUSION PCR is still an alternative method for detecting chronic infectious conjunctivitis,and also it plays an important role in differentiating the etiology of chronic conjunctivitis.
