摘 要:【目的】探讨饵料中添加姜黄素对大黄鱼生长及非特异性免疫功能的影响,为大黄鱼免疫增强剂的开发和利用提供科学依据。【方法】以含0、100、150和300 mg/kg姜黄素的饵料进行大黄鱼养殖试验,分别于试验第30和45 d取样检测血液白细胞吞噬活性、血清和体表黏液溶菌酶(LZM)活力与抗菌活力(Ua)、血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活力、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活力、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力及NO含量,并以溶藻弧菌进行攻毒试验。【结果】与对照组相比,添加姜黄素的饵料能显著提高大黄鱼的成活率和生长性能(P<0.05,下同)。投喂30 d后,姜黄素对大黄鱼体表黏液的LZM活力与抗菌活力、血清AKP活力及NO含量的影响不显著(P>0.05),但能显著提高血液白细胞吞噬活性、血清LZM活力与抗菌活力、ACP活力及SOD活力;至试验第45 d,投喂含姜黄素的饵料能显著影响大黄鱼血液白细胞吞噬活性、体表黏液与血清LZM活力、血清抗菌活力、ACP活力、SOD活力及NO含量。攻毒试验结果表明,投喂姜黄素的大黄鱼累积死亡率(66.67%、62.22%和48.89%)显著低于对照组(84.45%)。【结论】饵料中添加300 mg/kg姜黄素能有效提高大黄鱼的生长性能、非特异性免疫力及抗病力,且长期投喂效果更佳,是一种安全高效的口服免疫增强剂。[Objective ]The present experiment was conducted to study effects of dietary curcumin on growth and non- specific immunity of Pseudosciaena crocea, in order to provide scientific basis for development and application of im- munostimulant in P. crocea. [Method]The feed added curcumin (0, 100, 150 and 300 mg/kg) was used to feed P. crocea, and P. crocea' s blood and skin mucus was collected on the 30^th day and 45^th day, respectively. Then, the immunity index- es were detected, which included phagocytic activity of leucocytes, enzyme lysozyme (LZM) activity, antibacterial (Ua) ac- tivity, alkaline phosphatase (AKP) activity, acid phosphatase (ACP) activity and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and nitric oxide (NO) content. In addition, the P. crocea's immunity to Vibrio alginolyticus was detected. [Result]Com- pared with control group, the dietary curcumin groups increased significantly in survival rate and growth performance (P〈 0.05, the same below). After 42 days of feeding, it was found that the curcumin had nonsignificant effect on activities of LZM and Ua in skin mucus, and AKP activity and NO content in serum (P〉0.05, the same below), while the curcumin had significant positive effects on phagocytic activity of leucocytes and activilities of Ua, LZM, ACP and SOD in serum. Af- ter 45 days of feeding, it was found that the curcumin had significant effects on phagocytic activity of leucocytes, LZM acti- vility of skin mucus and serum, activities of Ua, ACP and SOD, and content of NO in serum. The result of immunoassay showed that P. crucea fed with curcumin showed significantly lower cumulative mortality (66.67%, 62.22% and 48.89%) than control group (84.85%). [Conclusion]The feed added 300 mg/kg curcumin can improve significantly growth, non-spe- cific immunity and disease resistance of P. crocea, thus the curcumin is a safe and efficient oral immunostimulant.
