摘　　要：目的:探讨β-榄香烯对肺腺癌A549和H460细胞增殖和凋亡的影响。方法:应用不同浓度的β-榄香烯干预A549和H460细胞后,台盼蓝拒染试验和MTT试验检测肿瘤细胞的增殖,流式细胞术检测A549细胞凋亡率,Western Blot法检测凋亡相关蛋白的表达。结果:不同浓度β-榄香烯能抑制肺腺癌A549和H460细胞的增殖,且呈剂量与时间依赖性,β-榄香烯干预后的A549细胞凋亡率明显升高,其相关抗凋亡蛋白Bcl-2和Bcl-xl表达下调。结论:β-榄香烯可抑制肺腺癌A549和H460细胞的增殖及诱导其凋亡,其作用机制可能与下调Bcl-2和Bcl-xl有关。Objective：To investigate the effect ofβ-elemene on the proliferation and apoptosis of human Lung cancer cells.Methods：Lung cancer A549 and H460cells were treated with different concentrations ofβ-Elemene injection,The cell proliferation was measured by trypanblue stain and MTT.A549 apoptosis rate was measured by flow cytometry,the expression levels of apoptosis associated protein were explored by western blot.Results：The proliferation of human lung adenocarcinoma A549 and H460cell line were inhibited significantly by Elemene and the inhibition was time and dose-dependent.Theβ-Elemene could promote A549 apoptosis,and lower bcl-2and bcl-xl protein expression.Conclusion： β-Elemene can inhibit the proliferation and apoptosis by lower bcl-2and bcl-xl protein expression.
