摘 要:本试验旨在研究不同碳水化合物与油脂能值比日粮对断奶仔猪肠道微生物的影响。试验选用18头健康杜×长×大三元杂交断奶仔猪,随机分为3组,每组6个重复。每组日粮的碳水化合物与植物性脂肪的能值比(CEV/FEV)分别为低油脂组(11.7∶1.0)、中油脂组(1.5∶1.0)和高油脂组(1.0∶6.9),而消化能均为14.6 MJ/kg,蛋白质水平均为17%。结果表明:随着CEV/FEV的降低,结肠内容物的p H值显著升高(P<0.05);盲肠和结肠内容物的挥发性脂肪酸浓度显著降低(P<0.05),NH3-N含量显著升高(P<0.05);同时,盲肠和结肠大肠杆菌数量显著增加(P<0.05),乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌极显著降低(P<0.05)。可见,低CEV/FEV日粮对断奶仔猪结肠和盲肠微生物更有益。This study was aim at investigating the influence of different dietry ratio of carbohydrate energy to fat energy (CEV/FEV) for the intestinal microbial flora of weaned pigs. Eighteen healthy pigs (Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire) were randomly divided into three groups. Each group of CEV/FEV was: 11.7:1.0 protein levels and, 1.5:1.0 and 1.0:6.9, and the digestible energy and were 14.6MJ/kg, and 17% respect ively. The results showed that with the reduction of CEV/FEV, pH value was significantly increased (P 〈0.05); VFA concentrations significantly were reduced (P 〈0.05), NH3-N was significantly increased (P 〈0.05); while, the number of E. coli significantly increased (P〈O.05), lactobacilli and bifidobacteria were significantly reduced (P〈0.05). Apparently, low diet CEV/FEV weas more beneficial for intestinal microorganism growth in weaned pigs.
