摘  要:目前,网络新媒体的发展为高校思想政治教育提出了新的挑战。本文从教育学、新闻学、心理学、伦理学及网络技术的多学科交叉的角度出发,研究当前高校思想政治教育的困境,从功能设计、系统组成及对策研究三方面探讨基于网络环境的高校思想政治教育信息服务平台构建。The runoff and sediment process of wet limestone soil slope with different gradient was tested under different rainfall intensity by the artificial simulation rainfall test to study the runoff and sediment proeess and mechanism and to effectively control soil erosion and rocky desertification in Karst mountainous area. The results showed that: 1) when the gradient is less than 6°, the rainfall intensity is the greater, the time to reach stable runoff volume is the shorter . The variation trend weakens with gradient increase. The runoff volume of the slope increases with increase of rainfall intensity and gradient; 2) the sediment discharge rate of the slope rapidly decreases within 0~10 rain, slowly decreases after 10 min and gradually becomes stable later. The slope begins to occur grove erosion when rainfall intensity and gradient is large, which results in the fluctuant change of sediment discharge rate. The sediment discharge rate increases with increase of rainfall intensity and gradient. 3) total runoff volume of the slope increases with increase of rainfall intensity under the same gradient and the runoff volume of the slope increases with increase of gradient increase under the same rainfall intensity. The gradient still is the main factor to influence infiltration coefficient of surface water when the soil water content is saturated and near saturated.
