摘　　要：张闻天经济伦理思想经历了萌芽、形成和丰富发展三个阶段。"五四"运动到抗日战争前夕,是其思想萌芽时期;从抗日战争到新中国成立,是其思想初步形成时期;建国后,张闻天经济伦理思想又得到了进一步地丰富和发展。探析其思想的形成和发展对当今的经济建设与改革仍具有现实意义。Zhang wentian＇s economic ethic thoughts experienced the following three stages：creation,formation and development.During the period from the May 4th Movement to the eve of the Anti-Japanese War,the thoughts have been created.During the period from the Anti-Japanese War to the founding of new China,the thoughts have been formed.After the founding of the PRC,the thoughts were further enriched and developed.The study on the formation and development of Zhang Wentian＇s economic ethic thoughts still has a realistic significance to today＇s economic construction and economic reform.
