华南通风低温与施用保护剂相结合防治储粮害虫的研究(下)

摘　　要：图2表明,尽管通风仓粮温一直低于不通风仓,特别在1、2月份,二者温差达10℃以上,但二者都是由开始到9月下旬将近两个月的储期内迅速降解;以后直到试验结束的6月,则稳定而缓慢地降解。图1和图2所示结果说明,通风低温对防虫磷和凯安保降解的影响有明显的差别。对防虫磷能够明显地延缓其降解速度。对凯安保则没有明显的延缓效果。无疑这是由于二者热稳定性不同的结果(Desmarchelier,1979)。因此,通风低温与不同类型保护剂相结合的效果也是有区别的。从本试验的结果来看,在应用防虫磷时,应尽可能与通风低温相结合;而在应用凯安保时,至少在华南不一定强调低温。这也就是说,在没有通风降温设施的条件下,应较多考虑使用凯安保。Comparative field trials of sustained efficiency of malathion and de ltamethrin for control of common stored grain insects were carried out between aerated and unaerated bulk rice at Nanhai County, Guangdong Province. Estimated field half-life of malathion were 20 and 28 weeks under aerated and unaerated conditions respectively. The effectiveness of malat hion Persisted about three months only while the applied dosage is 40ppm both under aerated and unaerated conditions. Deltamethrin showed no sup eriority of duration under aerated conditions. Field and laboratory results also showed that water diluted emulsified deltamethrin (K-obil) has a sp eedy period of degradation for about three months after application, how ever, it retained highly effective to common beetles for 17 months while the applied dosage is 1ppm both under aerated and unaerated conditions. The use of grain protectants in combination with aeration was confirmed in South China.
