摘 要:飞机动力机轮采用电力驱动飞机在地面自主滑行,可以减少飞机发动机驱动滑行的噪声、排放和燃油消耗,受到航空业界的普遍重视;然而,其测试技术目前仍处于起步阶段,以真实飞机为负载的测试方法面临着硬件成本高、测试环境不稳定等因素的困扰。分析了动力机轮的动力性能,依据动力机轮地面滑行的受力状态,提出了动力机轮动力性能的实验室测试方案,给出了动力机轮载荷模拟加载及控制方法;理论推导了位置跟踪型闭环负载模拟控制器的控制精度,并通过算例进行仿真验证。研究表明:采用所提出的测试方案可在实验室环境下对动力机轮的动力性能进行测试;位置跟踪型闭环负载模拟可以实现指定转动惯量的无误差加载。Aircraft powered wheel driving ground taxiing by electric power reduces the noise,emissions and fuel consumption which comes from aircraft engine driving taxiing.Therefore the aircraft powered wheel technology accepts widespread attention from the aviation industry.However,the test technology is still in its infancy.Test method with real aircraft faces the challenges of the high cost of hardware and the unstable test environment.The dynamic performance of aircraft powered wheel is analyzed.According to the force diagram of aircraft during ground taxiing,the laboratory test scheme of dynamic performance of aircraft powered wheel is proposed,and the methods of wheel loading and control are given.The control precision of position tracking closed-loop loading simulation controllers is derived theoretically and verified by examples.Research shows that the provided test scheme is suitable for dynamic performance test of the powered wheel in the laboratory environment,and the position tracking closed-loop loading simulation can load the inertia specified without stable error.
