摘 要:针对可调行距高速插秧机不同行距插秧横向送秧的要求,设计一种可调行距高速插秧机移箱机构。由于高速插秧机移箱机构螺旋轴两端的回转轨道处承受的冲击载荷较大,对移箱机构及其螺旋轴进行了运动学分析,建立了其运动学模型;测量平衡张紧弹簧弹性系数,并在无平衡张紧弹簧情况下进行试验,得出不同预紧力对螺旋轴磨损的影响,利用Matlab软件优化得到在设定预紧力下螺旋轴回转轨道受力变形曲线。Because of the high operating and fast revolving speed compared with the cranked transplanter, the revolving speed of high-speed transplanter increased one time, which made the impact load of the screw shaft at both ends of the rotary tall greatly increase. To meet the requirements of transversely sending seedlings under different planting space by high-speed rice transplanters, a space-adjustable box moving mechanism was designed. The kinematics analysis of the box moving mechanism was made, and its mathematical model was set up. The elastic coefficient was got by the measurement of the balancing tension spring, and effects of different preload on abrasion of screw axis were obtained in the experiment without any balanced tension spring. The curve of the rotary trail of screw axis was optimized by Matlab software under the setting preload.
