摘  要:针对某农用低速货车驱动桥壳板簧座周围出现裂纹这一现象,为避免事故的发生,对该驱动桥壳进行静动态分析,确定容易产生破坏的位置。基于有限元分析理论,建立该驱动桥壳的有限元模型,并对此模型进行了静态分析、模态分析、谐响应分析和瞬态动力学分析。结果表明,其危险部位主要分布于驱动桥壳板簧座区域。最终基于上述分析结果,提出一种驱动桥壳结构改进方案,改进后的驱动桥壳静动态特性都有所改善,达到改进后的使用要求。The crack phenomenon appears around plate spring seat of drive axle housing in some farm low-speed vehicles. To avoid accidents, the static and dynamic analyses of the driving axle housing were conducted to determine the easily damage positions. Based on the finite element method, the fi nite element model of driving axle housing was established, and the static analysis, modal analysis, harmonic response analysis and transient analysis were carried on. The dangerous parts are mainly distributed in plate spring seat area. The improved design scheme was put forward, and the static and dynamic characteristics of the drive axle housing were improved, which meets the operating requirements.
