摘 要:近年来,随着食品分析、制药、生物、工业、临床控制和环境保护上对过氧化氢的检测要求的提高,过氧化氢生物传感器对过氧化氢的高效快速检测、高灵敏度及低成本,利用生物传感器检测过氧化氢的含量已经成为人们关注重点及研究重点。本文对过氧化氢生物传感器的研究进展进行了评述。此外,明胶具有良好的理化性能,所以也介绍了明胶在过氧化氢生物传感器中的应用现状。In recent years, with theincreasing detection requirements for hydrogen peroxide in the food analysis, phar- maceutical, biological control, industrial, clinical, and environmental protection, hydrogen peroxide biosensors need detect hydrogen peroxide rapidly, efficiently, high sensitivity and cost low. And the use of biological sensors for the de- tection of hydrogen peroxide have become the focus of the researchers. In this paper, the research progress of hydrogen peroxide biosensors are reviewed. In addition, the gelatin has good physical and chemical properties, this paper also introduces the gelatin used in hydrogen peroxide biosensor.
