对“卓越计划”与工程教育国际化的探索与实践——以南京理工大学中法工程师学院为例

摘　　要：提升学生的工程实践能力和创新能力,培养具有国际视野和国际竞争力的工程精英人才是我国高等工程教育面临的主要目标。该目标的确立要求我国的高等工程教育必须走国际化道路。本文基于"卓越计划",以南京理工大学为例,针对当前工程教育国际化形势下筹建国际合作办学机构进行了研究与实践,探索从"人才培养模式国际化、课程国际化、教学方式国际化、师资国际化、招生手段国际化、语言国际化、管理国际化"到"人才国际化"的工程精英培养新途径,以进一步提高工程教育的质量、培养创新型工程技术人才。The main goal of higher engineering education in China is to promote students’ ability of engineering practice and in-novation, so as to cultivate engineering elites with international horizon and competitiveness.To achieve this goal, higher engi-neering education must be forwarded to internationalization.Based on Excellence Program, and the case of Nanjing University of Science and Technology, this paper conducts an exploration and practice concerning setting up an international cooperation insti-tution against the background of educational internationalization.New paths of internationalization to cultivate engineering elites are put forward and inspected, ranging from that of talent training modes and syllabus design, to that of teaching modes and staff construction, and to that of student recruitment and instruction languages.This new path aims to further improve the quality of en-gineering education and to cultivate innovation-oriented engineering talents.
