中医特色技术干预乳腺癌时辰化疗致胃肠道反应的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌时辰化疗配合中医特色技术应用的效果。方法将纳入研究的80例乳腺癌患者随机分入特色治疗组和对照组,两组患者均按计划进行时辰化疗,特色治疗组给予必要的中医特色治疗措施,观察比较两组的胃肠道反应。结果特色治疗组的胃肠道反应较对照组明显减轻。结论中医特色治疗方法应用于乳腺癌时辰化疗中,能起到减毒增效的效果,减轻胃肠道反应,从而提高患者的化疗依从性。Objective To observe the effects of chrono chemotherapy combined with characteristic technique of TCM on the breast cancer. Methods 80 cases of breast cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Both the two groups were treated with chrono chemotheraoy, and the observation group was given proper characteristic treatment of TCM as well. The gastrointestinal tract reactions of the two groups were evaluated. Results The observation group has less gastrointestinal tract reactions than the control group. Conclusion Application of characteristic treatment of TCM in chrono chemotherapy of breast cancer can enhance the effects, reduce the gastrointestinal tract reactions, and promote the patient＇s compliance to the chemotheranv.
