赛胃安胶囊在反流性食管炎中的疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察赛胃安胶囊对反流性食管炎的疗效。[方法]80例反流性食管炎患者按入组先后分为治疗组、对照组,每组40例。对照组予以耐信+莫沙必利治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加服赛胃安胶囊。比较2组患者治疗1周、8周后临床症状变化,同时比较治疗8周后内镜下食管炎改善情况。[结果]治疗1周后,治疗组临床症状改善为显效31例、有效8例、无效1例,总有效率为97.5%;对照组显效23例、有效12例、无效5例,总有效率87.5%;治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗8周后,治疗组显效37例、有效3例、无效0例,总有效率100%;对照组显效34例、有效4例、无效2例,总有效率95.0%;治疗组疗效优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗8周后反流性食管炎恢复情况,治疗组显效33例、有效5例、无效2例,总有效率95.0%;对照组显效24例、有效12例、无效4例,总有效率90.0%;治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]赛胃安胶囊能促进反流性食管炎的愈合,并有助于改善反流性食管炎的临床症状。[Objective]To evaluate the efficacy of Saiweian Capsule in treating reflux esophagitis.[Methods]Eighty patients were divided into two groups 40 cases treated with Nexium＋mosapride ＋ Saiweian Capsule（group A）,40 cases treated with Nexium ＋ mosapride（group B）.The clinical symptoms between group A and group B after 1week and after 8weeks of treatment were compared.The change of endoscopic reflux esophagitis after 8 weeks of treatment was also compared.[Results]After 1 week treatment,the change of clinical symptoms of group A was 31 cases apparent,6cases effective,1case invalid,group B was23 cases apparent,12 cases effective,5cases invalid.The response of group A was more obvious than group B with statistical difference（P 〈0.05）.After 8weeks treatment the change of clinical symptoms of group A was 37 cases apparent,3cases effective,0cases invalid,while the resulf of group B was 34 cases apparent,4cases effective,2cases invalid.The result of group A was slightly better than group B with no statistical difference（P 〉0.05）.The change of endoscopic reflux esophagitis in group A was 33 cases apparent,5cases effective,2cases invalid,group B was 24 cases apparent,12 cases effective,4cases invalid,the result of group A was much better than group B,there was statistical difference（P 〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Saiweian Capsule can promote the healing of reflux esophagitis,and may contribute to the improvement of clinical symptoms of reflux esophagitis.
