摘　　要：[目的]初步分析中文版炎症性肠病（IBD）ICF核心分类量表（IBD-DI）在IBD患者中的信度及效度,为临床应用提供客观依据。[方法]对IBD患者进行IBD-DI及IBD问卷（IBDQ）调查及评价,并进行相关分析。[结果]根据112份调查表结果显示：IBD-DI中各项、各亚量表及总评分结果相关系数均〉0.75,Cronbach’s alpha值均〉0.7。IBD-DI与IBDQ显著性相关（r=0.613-0.849,P=0.000）。[结论]中文版IBD-DI在IBD患者中有较好的信度及效度,可用于IBD患者的评估。[Objective]To evaluate the reliability and validity of IBD（inflammatory bowel disease）disability index（IBD-DI）in IBD patients.[Methods]Based on the questionnaires of IBD disease index and inflammatory bowel disease questionnaire（IBDQ）,the database was established with data analysis in SPSS18.0.[Results]The totals of 112 consecutive subjects were recruited.Intraclass correlation was higher than0.75 and Cronbach＇s alpha of internal consistency was higher than 0.7.IBD-DI correlated with IBDQ（r=0.613-0.849,P=0.000）.[Conclusion]The IBD-DI is a valid tool measuring disability in IBD（both UC and CD）with good reliability and validity.
