摘　　要：阐述企业技术创新动力量化研究的现状及其不足,提出以企业技术创新活动过程中的行为表现和心理状态为基础来反映企业创新动力水平的思路,设置测量企业创新行为和创新心理的指标及其问题,编制企业创新动力量表,以368家中小制造企业的调查问卷为依据,在数据统计的基础上,通过信度和效度检验验证量表的适用性,并测算、比较样本企业的创新动力水平。The paper elaborates the status and deficiency of the quantization research on enterprises＇ technology innovation dynamics, and puts forward the thinking of reflecting enterprises＇ innovation dynamics by enterprises＇ activity performance and psychology state in the technology innovation process. It sets the indexes and key issues that measure enterprises＇ inno- vation activity and innovation psychology, and draws up the enterprises＇ innovation dynamics scale. According to the ques- tionnaires from 368 small and medium - sized manufacturing enterprises, based on the data statistics, the paper tests and verifies the applicability of the scale by the reliability analysis and validity analysis. The paper also calculates and compares the levels of the sample enterorises＇ innovation dynamics.
