摘　　要：乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤,随着人口老龄化的加剧,乳腺癌合并糖尿病的患者逐渐增多,研究发现乳腺癌与糖尿病存在关联性.乳腺癌可促进Ⅱ型糖尿病的发生,同时Ⅱ型糖尿病也可使乳腺癌发病率提高.其相关机制包括高血糖、胰岛素与胰岛素抵抗、胰岛素样生长因子-1、血管内皮生长因子等。Breast neoplasm is the most common malignancy of women,along with the increasing aging population,patients with breast cancer and diabetes gradually increased,the study found some associations between breast cancer and diabetes.Type 2 diabetes mellitus can promote the occurrence of breast cancer,and type 2 diabetes mellitus can also increase the incidence of breast cancer.Its associated mechanisms include hyperglycaemia,hyperinsulinemia and insulin resistance,insulin-like growth factor-1,vascular endothelial growth factor,etc.
