摘　　要：作为城市的重要组成部分,新生代农民工的社会流动已然成为影响城市和谐的重要因素。新生代农民工社会流动的困境之源在于其技能与素养的缺失,通过转化学习,可以使新生代农民工完成经济层面、社会层面、制度层面和心理层面的城市融入。新生代农民工转化学习的主要策略是强化主体学习的能动性,利用触发实践激发学习热情,突出学习内容的实用性、学习方法的指导性,并发挥学习过程的互动性。As an important part of the city, become the important factor influencing 1 workers social mobility dilemma is lack of the social mobility of new generation of migrant workers has he harmonious eity. The source of new generation migrant skills and literacy, its solution is through the transformative learning, the new generation migrant workers can complete the urban integration in the economic level, the social level, the system level and the psychological level. The main strategies of new generation mi- grant workers transformative learning are to strengthen the learning initiative, to stimulate enthusiasm for learning by triggering practice, highlighting the usefulness of learning content and the guidance of learning methods, and playing the interactive nature of learning process.
