摘　　要：全球化背景下企业档案跨文化管理研究将为企业档案信息资源的有效管理与利用提供新的思路与方法。在跨文化管理视角下,尊重因不同文化传统而形成的不同的企业档案管理行为方式和价值观,通过沟通、协作、整合、创新形成有助于实现企业档案价值的思想理念与行为准则,是企业档案跨文化管理的基本原则;通过跨文化沟通构建企业档案管理战略,依托跨文化培训提升档案管理业务能力,强化可信任领导者在档案跨文化管理中的角色定位,是实现企业档案跨文化管理的具体策略。Cross-cultural management research of the enterprise archives will give new ideas and methods for the effective management and utilization of archives information in the context of globalization. In the perspective of the cross-cultural management, the basic principles of cross-cultural management of the enterprise archives are to respect the different cultural traditions forming the different archives man- agement behaviors and values and to shape the ideology and the standards of behavior which are benefi- cial to the realization of enterprise archives value by communication, cooperation, integration and inno- vation. The specific ways of cross-cultural management of the enterprise archives are to build the enter- prise archives management strategy though cross-cultural communication, to improve the management capability relying on the cross-cultural training and to strengthen the role of the trusted leader in the cross-cultural archives management.
