摘　　要：目的:探讨分析安神类和抗风湿类中成药和保健食品中非法添加化学成分的现状和对策。方法:采用案例分析法,对安神类和抗风湿类中成药和保健食品中非法添加的成分、发展趋势等进行分析和总结。结果与结论:面对日益复杂的质量问题和日益增加的监管难度,实现全面有效地打击非法添加行为,需要从技术角度进行突破,不断加强非法添加的预见性研究和技术创新,建立有效快速的筛查通道,提高监管与检验效率、覆盖率、准确率和命中率,保证公众饮食用药安全有效。Objective： To explore and analyze the current situation and countermeasures of chemicals added illegally in herb preparations and health foods. Methods： The current situation of sedative-hypnotic and anti- rheumatic chemicals added illegally in herb preparations and health foods as well as the development trends was summarized and analyzed by case study. Results and Conclusion： In context of more complex quality issues and inceasing regulation difficulties, the comprehensive and effective crackdown of illegal addition should be accomplished through breakthroughs from the technical aspect and continuous enhancement ofprespective studies of illegal addition and technical innovation. The effective and rapid screening pathway should be established and the efficiency, coverage rate, actuary and hit rate of supervision and inspection should be improved so as to ensure the safety and efficacy of public dietand medication.
