摘  要:可逆运行的系统由于可以回收来自负载反拖的能量,因而能够获得高能效,对于液压伺服系统而言,它需要采用容积调节方式。针对三种主要的可逆运行容积调节系统—局部可逆运行的经典二次调节系统(SCL)、全局可逆运行二次调节系统(SCG)和全局可逆运行泵控系统(VCG)进行设计,展开仿真研究,综合分析其系统架构、动态性能、总体效率和装机容量,并进行比较,从宏观角度掌握各自的性能特点及适用场合,为高能效液压驱动系统的设计和应用提供依据。Running reversibly systems have generally high energy efficiency because they can recover the energy back from loads, as for hydraulic servo systems, they should use volume regulating circuits. Design, simulation and research are done for the main three kinds of volume regulating systems running reversibly which include classic secondary control system locally running reversibly, secondary control system globally running reversibly and pump control system globally running reversibly. Their system structure, dynamic performance, global energy efficiency and installed capacity are analyzed and compared with each other. The paper shows their characteristics and applicable occasions, and provides basis for design and application.
