摘 要:为进一步了解成型方法对级配碎石性能的影响,本文通过目前两种比较常用的成型方法——击实成型和振动成型两种成型方法的级配碎石,对其做进一步分析研究。首先采用变K法对级配碎石进行级配设计,采用击实成型和振动成型方法分别成型级配碎石试件,然后分别测两种成型方法下的级配碎石试件的最大干密度、最佳含水量以及CBR值等参数,并对比分析测得的两种成型方法的级配碎石参数。分析研究试验数据得知:击实成型对级配碎石原有级配扰动比较大,尤其是对13.2~1.18 mm这几档的级配影响;振动成型对级配碎石原有级配扰动较小,基本保持了级配碎石的原有级配;相同级配条件下,振动成型的CBR值要远高于击实成型的CBR值,振动成型的CBR值是击实成型的CBR值的2倍;并非越密实的级配碎石其CBR值越大。In order to further understand the influence of forming method on the performance of graded gravel, the graded gravel specimens made of 2 commonly used forming methods, i. e. , compaction forming and vibratory forming, are analysed. First, K change method is adopted to design the gradation of graded gravel, and the graded gravel specimens are made by the abovementioned 2 methods. Then, the maximum dry density, optimum moisture content and CBR value of the graded gravel specimens are measured separately, and their parameters are comparatively analysed. The analysis of the test data shows that ( 1 ) compaction forming has brought heavy disturbance to the previous gradation of graded gravel, especially to the gradations from 13.2 mm to 1.18 mm; (2) vibratory forming has brought little disturbance to the previous gradation and basically maintained the previous gradation; (3) the CBR value of the graded gravel specimens made of vibratory forming is much higher than that made of compaction forming, and almost double higher; (4) it is not true that more dense the graded gravel specimen is, more higher its CBR value is.
