摘  要:为研究车辆驱动桥对整车可靠性和工作性能的影响,设计了一种基于二次调节技术的车辆驱动桥模拟加载试验台。试验台采用四套二次元件并联于同一恒压网络,形成液压封闭式系统,最大加载功率为350 k W,加载的液压能直接回馈恒压网络,实现能量回收再利用;模拟加载系统的驱动单元和加载单元对称布置,最多可进行四轴加载;试验台测控系统采用计算机自动控制,控制手段可靠。该试验台具有模拟车辆发动机不同工况点和车辆变速箱不同工作档位的功能,对试验台在不同档位下工作稳定性及功率回收率特性进行了试验研究,试验结果表明:该能量回收加载系统具有良好的静、动态特性和转速、转矩调节功能,控制精度高,在高负载时功率回收率可达60%以上。In order to test the influence of axles on the reliability and performance of vehicle, a simulation loading test bench for vehicle drive axles based on the secondary regulation is designed. In the test bench, 4 secondary components are chosen and paralleling in the same constant pressure network, to constitute a hydraulic closed structure. The energy could be recycled to the constant pressure network directly by the loaded hydraulic energy, and the loading power got bigger up to 350 kW. The drive and loading units of simulated loading system is arranged symmetrically, and the number of loading axles can be 1, 2, 3 or 4. The measurement and control system of the test bench is automatically and reliably regulated by computer. The test bench could simulate the different working conditions of vehicle engine, and also the different working gears of transmission. The experimental researches on the working stability and the power recovery characteristics under different gears are carried out. The test result shows that the energy recovery loading system has a good static and dynamic performance, rotational speed and torque adjustment function, high control precision, and the power recovery rate can reach more than 60% under high load.
