摘 要:提出采用销售运营计划和设定买手管理库存指标分阶段进行库存管控,降低企业库存风险的方法。将库存指标量化,分析不同库存产品类型,设定库存管理关键绩效指标KPI,并与企业财务目标衔接,平衡服装库存投入与利润空间的关系,达到各项库存控制指标协同匹配的效果,形成完整的库存风险控制流程。在实践应用中,根据企业产品定位、运营模式等因素分析库存安全性,优化库存结构;协同内部职能部门计划,使企业经营进入良性循环。An approach for decreasing the fashion inventory risk by applying S&OP process and buyer's index to control at separate stages was proposed. By quantifying the inventory control index, setting the management KPI according to the qualification of the company inventory, and combining them with company's financial goals, the inventory investment and the gross margin were balanced, making the index cooperative and match each other and building an inventory risk control system. When this approach is applied, it helps to optimize the inventory structure according to the product positioning and operation model, coordinate the plans of internal departments, and run the company in the virtuous cycle.
