基于模糊综合评价法的物流配送中心选址研究——以德邦物流在江苏省泰兴市为例

摘　　要：物流中心合理的选址能够大大降低物流成本费用,提高物流效率。为解决物流企业物流配送中心科学选址问题,分析了物流配送中心选址的影响因素,根据影响因素建立了物流配送中心选址指标体系,并利用层次分析法确定了各级指标的权重,在此基础上,运用模糊综合评价法构建模糊综合评价模型,对德邦物流在江苏省泰兴市3个备选地址进行了评价,得到的结果与现实是相符的,这证明论文提出的国内物流公司在县级市物流中心选址的评价体系具有有效性及可操作性。最后从多个角度对物流配送中心选址给出了相关建议,以此为相关决策者提供有益借鉴。Reasonable location selection of logistics center can greatly reduce logistic costs and improve logistic efficiency.To solve the problem of scientific location selection of logistics distribution center for the logistics enterprise,this paper has analyzed the factors which influence the location selection of the logistic distribution center,established indicators system for the location selection of the logistic distribution center,and allocated index weights for each level with the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process.Based on these,this paper has established the evaluation model with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and evaluated the three alternate locations of Debon logistics in Taixing City,Jiangsu Province.The research results are in accordance with the reality,which has proved that the Logistics Center Location Evaluation System of county-level city for domestic logistics companies is valid and operative.Finally,this paper has provided suggestions from different perspectives for the location selection of the logistics distribution center,which might be valuable for the relevant decision-makers.
