面向企业需求的竞争情报人才协同培养模式探究

摘　　要：创新环境中解决企业对竞争情报人才的需求问题刻不容缓。借助招聘网站对企业竞争情报人才需求现状进行分析,同时从教育主体、对象、内容、资源4个方面了解竞争情报人才培养现状,对比分析竞争情报人才培养中存在的供需矛盾。最后,以企业需求为导向,从资源层、实现层、目标层上提出多主体参与、多要素聚合、多系统协作的竞争情报人才协同培养模式,以促进企业创新与竞争情报人才培养之间科学、高效、协调发展。Solving the problems of talent demand of enterprises for competitive intelligence allows of no delay. With the help of a survey of human resource demand of enterprises for competitive intelligence carried out by the recruitment websites, the paper analyzes the talent training situations from the aspects of education subject, object, content, and resources, and makes a comparative analysis of the supply and demand of such talents in talent training. Finally, it proposes a multi-agent involved, multi-factor aggregating, multi-system collaborative CI talent training model based on enterprise demand from resource layer, implementation layer and target layer.
