摘　　要：[目的 /意义]基于社会网络理论视角,论述高校图书馆第二课堂中隐性知识传递现象观测渠道的科学性。[方法 /过程]综合社会网络分析手段和结构方程模型,以江苏大学图书馆耶鲁学堂为例开展读者互动交流社会网络表征分析与隐性知识传递现象影响要素建模研究。[结果 /结论]指出课堂文化理念与读者需求的融合、馆内环境氛围的设计、激励措施的选用、读者社会网络特征的调控以及馆员专业知识背景均会对第二课堂读者间的隐性知识传递效果起优化作用。[ Purpose/significance] Based on the theory of social network theory, this paper discusses the observation channel of tacit knowledge transfer phenomenon in the second class of a university library. [ Method/process] Taking the Yale Course of Jiangsu university library as a case to analyze the readers interaction social network and the model of influ- ence factors on tacit knowledge transfer phenomenon with social network analysis and structural equation modeling method. [ Result/conclusion] This paper finds that case participants＇ tacit knowledge transfer effect is affected by the second class＇ s idea, the demand of readers, the library environment design, the selection of incentives and the readers＇ social network characteristics. At the same time it envisages the model of culture librarians.
