摘 要:以Hg2+为模板,马来酰亚胺为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EGDMA)为交联剂,用沉淀聚合法制备Hg2+印迹聚合物。使用紫外光谱法分析模板与功能单体的结合情况,扫描电镜和傅里叶红外光谱表征其表面形态和化学结构,并确定了最佳吸附条件:吸附时间90 min,吸附温度60℃,吸附p H为7,最大吸附容量为61.23 mg/g。选择性实验中,印迹聚合物对Cu2+,Pb2+和Co2+的选择性系数分别为6.45,4.63,5.21。循环吸附实验中,第6次实验测得的吸附容量为第1次的86.3%。运用于实际样品中,自来水和河水中Hg2+的加标回收率均在89.8%~100.7%之间。Hg2+-imprinted polymer particles were prepared by precipitation method with Hg2+ as the template, maleimide as the functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EDGMA) as the cross-linking agent. The combination between template and functional monomer was investigated by UV spectrometry, and surface morphology and chemical structure were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and FT-IR. This study also confirmed the best adsorption condition: the adsorption time was 110 min, the adsorption temperature was 60 +C and the pH was 7, resulting the maximum absorption capacity of 61.23mg/g. The selectivity experiment showed that the k value of the imprinted polymer to Cu2 + , Pb2 + and Co2 + were 6.45, 4.63 and 5.21. The reusability test indicated that the adsorption capacity in the sixth time was 86.3% that of the first time. The recoveries of real samples (tap water and lake water) were in the range of 89. 8% to 100.7%.
