摘　　要：新型城镇化战略是实现我国城镇发展"新常态"的强劲动力,该战略的实施不仅会刺激社会对公共信息服务需求的提升,还对公共信息服务平台的质量与效率提出了更高的要求。以新型城镇化为背景的城镇公共信息服务平台的结构模型可基于矩阵结构模型来构建,其包括平台构建内容、结构框架及各部分细分要素等方面。该平台的构建策略为:明确平台的定位、遵循构建的基本原则及创新治理机制。The strategy of new urbanization is the strong driving force of the ＂new normal＂ of urban development. The strategy can not only stimulate the social demands for public information service, but also requires higher quality and efficiency of public information platform. The structure model of public information service platform under the background of new urbanization can be built up on the basic of matrix structure model, which consists of content, structural frame and sub-elements. It is the construction stategy to define the platform positioning, follow the fundamental principal of construction and innovate the governance mechanism.
