摘 要:提出了一个同时考虑承诺交货时间可靠性和需求对交货时间是敏感的交货时间和产能决策模型.在此基础上,结合两类(人工作业和自动化)订单式生产系统的特点,运用排队理论分别建立M/M/1企业型和M/D/1企业型模型.模型的解显示:最优的产能扩张与承诺交货时间存在着类似于耐克函数的关系;最优的产能扩张与承诺交货时间受承诺交货时间可靠性限制.通过对两类模型的敏感性分析给出了一些管理启示.最后用一个算例说明了模型的应用.This paper proposed a lead time and capacity decision-making model with considering demand is sensitive to lead time and lead time guarantee has certain reliability. On this basis, we used queuing theory to establish M/M/1 enterprise's model by the characteristics of manual operation make-to-order systems, and M/D/1 enterprise's model by the characteristics of automatic make-to-order systems. The solutions of the two models show that the optimal promised lead time and capacity expansion have the relationship of the function of Nike, and the values of them are restricted by the lead time reliability. After some management revelations are presented by further analyzing the models. Finally, a numerical example was to verify the validity of models.
