摘  要:全断面隧道掘进机(TBM)刀盘总推力与总扭矩是决定刀盘使用性能的关键因素。基于扩展Drucker-Prager岩石屈服准则,采用有限元软件ABAQUS模拟刀盘掘进破碎岩石的过程,利用正交试验方法研究了刀盘工作参数、地质参数和结构参数对刀盘总载荷的影响规律。结果表明:刀盘直径对刀盘掘进的总载荷起决定性作用,贯入度以及岩石单轴抗压强度对其有明显的影响,刀盘转速对其影响最小。通过单因素分析了贯入度与刀盘转速对刀盘总扭矩的影响,并对比工程实际数据对其进行了验证。Total thrust and torque of Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) cutterhead were the key factors which decide the using per- formance of cutterhead. Based on the extended Drueker-Prager yield criterion for rock, the excavation process of cutterhead was simulated by using the finite element software ABAQUS and the influence rule that operating, geological and structural parameters of eutterhead affect the cutterhead total load was researched by orthogonal test. The results show that the eutterhead diameter plays a decisive role in the total load of cutterhead excavation. Penetration and uniaxial compressive strength of rock also have significant impact on it,while the rotational speed of cutterhead has the minimal effect. Finally, the influence of the penetration and the rota- tional speed to cutterhead total torque is studied through the single factor,and is verified by comparing the actual engineering data.
